- Emotional Wellbeing & RelaxationOur therapeutic magnesium plunge pool/spa offers participants a calming sensory experience that supports relaxation, emotional wellbeing, stress reduction, and overall wellness in a peaceful natural environment.

Shine & Grow founder Cathy Sullivan is passionate about providing personalised Short Term Respite (STR) support that helps participants feel safe, respected, empowered, and genuinely supported.
With both industry and lived experience, Cathy understands the importance of creating a calm, supportive environment where participants feel comfortable, valued, and encouraged to build confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing.
Located in Terranora, NSW, Shine & Grow offers tailored 1:1 support in a peaceful, nature-based setting designed to promote meaningful community participation, daily living skills, personal growth, and positive wellbeing outcomes.
Cathy’s person-centred approach focuses on supporting each participant’s individual goals, interests, preferences, strengths, and support needs while encouraging greater choice, autonomy, and independence.
